Subacuática, S.A. fue fundada en 1960 bajo el nombre de "INISSA".
En 1962, comenzamos a tomar contacto con el campo de las instalaciones petroleras marinas, al tomar parte en el anteproyecto del primer Terminal Offshore de "Campo de Boyas" Español para la descarga de grandes petroleros en la costa de Málaga, España.
El proyecto consistía en la construcción de un Terminal en Málaga y de un oleoducto desde el terminal, hasta la Refinería de ENCASO (actualmente REPSOL) en Puertollano, España.
En este primer proyecto, trabajamos varios años realizando todos los estudios marinos, la inspección/control de la obra marítima del terminal y el proyecto & obra del cruce del río Guadalquivir junto con SNAM PROGETTI, S.P.A.
En 1965 se nos contrata por GULF OIL para la supervisión de la construcción de un terminal de monoboya para la refinería
"La Rábida" en Huelva, España. Este trabajo consistía también en la supervisión de la construcción de la monoboya en los astilleros IHC en Holanda, y de la fabricación de las mangueras flotantes & submarinas construidas por UNIROYAL en Edimburgo, Reino Unido.
Una vez terminada esta obra, fuimos contratados por Río Gulf de Petróleos, S.A. para encargarnos del mantenimiento, supervisión, y operaciones de descarga de petroleros en esta monoboya.
Debido a nuestra profesionalidad, alto nivel de competencia y calidad de nuestro trabajo, llevamos mas de 30 años realizando este contrato, y mas de 1,200 petroleros descargados sin ningún percance ni perdida de crudo.
Desde la constitución de este contrato con Río Gulf de Petróleos, S.A., hemos realizado trabajos de todo tipo para diferentes empresas; tanto en España como en el extranjero, las cuales aparecen reflejadas en nuestra Pagina Curriculum.
Para conseguir estos resultados y nuestro excelente "curriculum" simplemente nos hemos concentrado en proveer a nuestros clientes con una altísima calidad de trabajo y profesionalidad, en un campo donde destacamos técnicamente, el campo de la ingeniería submarina, consiguiendo realizar nuestros trabajos en un tiempo récord y a un coste ajustado debido a nuestra larga experiencia.

Subacuática, S.A. was established in 1960 under the name of "INISSA".
In 1962 we came in contact with the field of the marine petroleum installations, taking part in the preliminary design of the first Spanish offshore terminal, a conventional boey mooring facility, for the discharge of tankers at the coast of Málaga, Spain.
The project consisted in the construction of a terminal in Málaga and of an oil pipeline from the terminal to the refinery owned by the company "ENCASO" (now REPSOL) in Puertollano, Spain.
In this first project we worked for a number of years, not only performing all the necessary marine surveys, inspections and supervision/control of the work for the terminal, but the project for the crossing of the Guadalquivir river together with SNAM PROGETTI, S.P.A.
In 1965 we were hired by GULF OIL for the supervision of the construction of a Monoboey terminal for the "La Rábida" refinery in Huelva, Spain.
In this project we were also responsible for supervising the construction of the Monoboey at the IHC shipyard in the Netherlands, and the fabrication of the floating & underwater hoses constructed by UNIROYAL in Edinburg, U.K.
Once this project was accomplished, we were contracted by Río Gulf de Petróleos, S.A., owners of the refinery, for taking care of the maintenance & supervision of this Monoboey as well as the tanker discharge operations.
Due to our professionalism, high competency level and quality of work we deliver, we have been fulfilling this contract for over 30 years, having discharged over 1,200 tankers without any accidents or oil leaks.
Since the signing of this contract with Río Gulf de Petróleos, S.A., we have worked for a variety of different organizations in Spain as well as in other countries; organizations that are listed in our Curriculum Page.
In order to achieve these results and build such an excellent "curriculum", we have simply concentrated in providing our clients with an extremely high quality of work and professionalism in a field were we excel technically, the field of underwater engineering, being able to perform our work in a record time at an adjusted cost due to our extensive experience.
